Terms & Conditions


Age Restriction


You must be 18 years of age or older to buy alcohol. By placing an order with us online you are confirming you are 18 or older. It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK. If you are buying alcohol for someone else the recipient also has to be 18 or older.


The use of robust and effective third party age verification technology which meets the PAS 1296:2018 Code of Practice of Online Age Verification developed by the British Standards Institute and the Digital Policy Alliance will be implemented for all new customers ensuring both best practice and compliance when it comes to age checking to further mitigate the risk of sales to minors.


Deliveries must be accepted by a person aged 18 or older. If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient is in doubt. No refund will be considered for orders made by minors.



Orders


If we are unable to fulfil the whole of your order for any reason, we may replace items to minimise the delay to order fulfilment. Swapped items will be of similar value/size/type and you will be notified via the contact email address provided on your order. 


We reserve the right to place your order on hold and contact you for further instruction, for example in regards to but not limited to possible replacements or shipping queries.


If you have placed an order for any item(s) on a pre-order basis, please be advised that the dispatch date provided is an estimate and may be subject to change. If there are any delays on pre-ordered items being dispatched we will contact you immediately to give an updated estimate.


This platform is a retail sales outlet for the public to purchase our products, therefore we reserve the right to limit or cancel orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will endeavour to notify you via the email address and/or billing address and/or phone number provided at time of ordering. 



Shipping


Following successful order completion and age verification, orders will be dispatched within 1 to 3 working days of the given delivery period until 1 day prior to the end of the given delivery period . 


The standard shipping options apply to addresses within the UK Mainland only, excluding Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Offshore Areas. For orders outside of our stated shipping areas please contact the brewery to request a quote for carriage. If you are unsure as to whether this applies to your order, please contact us prior to ordering at Dan@WanderBeyondBrewing.com. Remote locations may have additional shipping costs and longer delivery times.



Failed Deliveries


We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if you provide an incorrect address and postal code or incorrect contact telephone number. Please check this information when placing your order. If you discover a mistake or omission please contact us immediately at Dan@WanderBeyondBrewing.com


If the courier is unable to deliver it is your responsibility to liaise with the courier, who may attempt a redelivery process. However if this is not possible or the redelivery is unable to be delivered again the couriers are instructed to return the goods to us. In these circumstances you may be liable for additional courier costs.


This does not affect your statutory rights.


Standard Returns Policy


If goods are to be returned to Wander Beyond Brewing, they must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, within 14 days of purchase. You will be refunded via your original payment method for the goods once received back into our warehouse, minus applicable shipping costs, unless the return concerns faulty or damaged goods. Contact us at Dan@WanderBeyondBrewing.com if you would like to return your goods and we will help you to do this. We do not accept returns of perishable goods (all of our beer products) from outside of the UK.


Faulty or Damaged Items


If there is a problem with your order or items are faulty, you must inform Wander Beyond Brewing within 30 days of receipt of the order to obtain a refund. To report a problem please contact us at Dan@WanderBeyondBrewing.com. We are unfortunately unable to offer refunds after this time period has elapsed, but we will do everything in our power to try to work something out.


If an attempted delivery is obviously damaged, you are within your rights to refuse the order, at which point it will be returned to us. If you choose to do this, please contact us at Dan@WanderBeyondBrewing.com and we will either resend the order, or issue a full refund.


Replacements


If you have ordered an incorrect size for an item of clothing, we are happy to offer a replacement item (if available) if we are notified within 14 days of the purchase, provided the incorrect item is returned to us in an unworn, saleable condition with all tags still attached. If no replacement is available, please see our returns policy above.

Unfortunately there may occasionally be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We reserve the right not to be liable for these errors, inaccuracies or omissions and any damages arising from the use of this website or the products sold here.
