Created from blending three specifically selected bourbon barrels out of our barrel ageing program, each ranging from 24 to 28 months in barrel. Momentary Peace delivers a rich aroma of toffee and sweet bourbon. This thick and viscous stout boasts deep flavours of black treacle, caramel and stewed dates, followed by notes of burnt molasses and dark roast coffee. Finishing with a warming hit of bourbon spirit character.
